Wet & Dry Slips
Boaters can choose between amenity and conventional docking or valet where your boat is stored in our rack building and launched with our fork truck upon your arrival. Our season for docks is ice out through October 31st. Our valet season is May 15th through Columbus Day (around October 12th).
Amenity Docks: are located along the shoreline and includes an area behind your boat for a gazebo, table, gas grill, dock box, etc. Amenity docks also include dual 30 amp electric, potable water, and cable television. Internet access is available through our cable provider. A selection of amenity docks are adjacent to parking. Additionally 8 amenity docks are covered. Amenity dock rates are based on 25ft, 28ft or 30ft minimums. The difference is the width of the slip 11ft, 12ft, and 14ft respectively.
Conventional Docks: are located on finger docks and include electric. A selection also includes potable water. Conventional dock rates are based on a 20ft minimum. Each slip is 10ft wide.
Valet: is available for boats up to 23 feet. A fork truck driver is on site during hours of operation to launch your boat. The only need to call in advance is if you are using your boat after hours. Valet rates are based on a 20ft minimum.
All rates include our bathhouse with outside showers, laundry room with dish sinks, launch ramp, pump-out and garbage. A Jet Ski is allowed at your dock however there are rules that apply and a fee may be required depending on your slip size vs your boat size. If your boat is too small to sleep aboard we allow camping in our fields. The rates for the 2012 boating season are $152 per foot for covered amenity, $135 per foot for amenity, $120 per foot for conventional and $90 per foot for valet. We use the overall length when determining the rate OR the length of the slip whichever is greater. When setting our rates we assume year-round occupancy. Therefore the only way to guarantee the renewal of your dock or valet slip is paying for winter storage.
